Radio Account Executive Job Description

Our company is looking for a Radio Account Manager to join our team.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage, renew, and renegotiate terms with existing clients to generate revenue for radio, digital media, and event sponsorships

  • Arrange meetings with potential new clients to discuss their needs (customer needs analysis)

  • Ensure all process timelines are up-to-date and met

  • Develop sales presentations to establish and build positive relationships and rapport

  • Work as a partner to help clients reach their goals

  • Maintain good client relationships while building new client relationships

  • Meet strict deadlines and respond in a timely and professional manner

  • Research potential new business accounts and prepare proposals.  Track and monitor all activity on a regular basis

  • Will report to the Director of Sales

  • Exceed sales goals and expectations for quotas

  • Manage the account goals and budgets and track client results

  • Address any necessary issues with potential clients before contracts are signed


  • Work hard, think fast and have fun ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Specialize in building strong, mutually beneficial business relationships

  • New business development experience strongly recommended with a track record of success:

  • Strong desire to prospect and create new business opportunities across on-air, event and digital platforms

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (Broadcast and Digital preferred but not required)

  • Proven track record of achieving overall monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals

  • Take pride in exceptional customer service

  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills

Telemarketer Job Description

We are looking for a determined and energetic Telemarketer to help us grow our business. You will make outbound calls to potential customers/prospects to share basic information about our company and explain how our products and services can grow their business. Your objective will be to secure as many appointments as possible for our sales force. This is a fast-paced environment, so you must be a motivated self-starter who can maintain a professional demeanor while speaking to different kinds of customers.

Telemarketer Duties and Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers

  • Share information about our products and services by following sales scripts

  • Answering potential customer questions

  • Securing appointments with potential customers for the sales staff

  • Meet quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls

  • Track and report call results to management


Telemarketer Requirements and Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Telemarketing or customer service experience a plus

  • Energetic, professional, and friendly demeanor

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Pass a background check and drug test

  • Focus and determination

  • Ability to manage time when speaking to as many prospects as possible in the time allotted.

  • Understanding of the products or services being offered.

  • Customer service ability to deal professionally with potential customers and respond appropriately to a customer’s questions or concerns.
